Good day, and a very warm welcome to the 28th MACFEA-FBC INTI IU International Conference 2024. It is both an honour and a privilege to stand before you as the Conference Chair for this prestigious event.

This year’s conference, hosted by the Faculty of Business and Communication (FBC) at INTI International University (INTI IU) in collaboration with the Malaysian Consumer and Family Economics Association (MACFEA), marks a significant milestone in our collective efforts to explore, understand, and navigate the rapidly evolving digital consumer landscape.

The theme of our conference, "Navigating the Digital Consumer Landscape: Innovations, Challenges, and Opportunities," reflects the profound changes we are witnessing in consumer behaviour, driven by technological advancements and digital transformation.
